Building a Good Teacher-student Relationship

Recently, the teacher-student problem has got more and more severe, about which many people are concerned. Sometimes students’ conflicting with teachers brings this problem very urgent to solve.
As we all know, a harmonious teacher-student relationship is the foundation guaranteeing the high-efficiency study and active study atmosphere. For my part, the relationship largely consists in several factors.
On the one hand, attitude and mutual understanding play a crucial role. Teachers are supposed to devote themselves to improving the students’ ability and possess enough patience. If the teachers win the students’ admiration, the study efficiency can be raised greatly. Take our English teacher Miss Li, for example, she is a kind and warm-hearted teacher, always patient with us. So we admire her very much and are willing to listen to her. She imparts to us and is very grateful to the special efforts she poured into our class.
On the other hand, regular communication is essential. There are chances that misunderstanding occurs at times, communicating in time can work out much tough trouble. The immediate communication will contribute to the messy problems being solved and removing of misunderstanding, thus promoting the building of harmonious and friendly teacher-student relationship. What’s more, a student encountering life problems can also seek comfort and encouragement from teachers. From my point of view, students exchange problems in life with teachers after class can help them to get along well with their teachers.
In conclusion, a harmonious teacher-student relationship requires mutual efforts from both sides. If this can be achieved, a better study environment can be created.
